We’ve had a blast working on the lease-up campaign for The Remy, here are a few examples of some of the tactics we deployed throughout the lease-up.
To complement the oasis-inspired brand, we launched a social media contest at the start of the lease-up, encouraging people to show us how they escaped from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It was a photo based contest that ran for a few months, with the prize being a $500 airbnb gift card. The contest generated hundreds of entries, 1,200+ website visits with an average time on site of more than two minutes, and tens of thousands on impressions on The Remy’s social media channels.
We partnered up with local influencers to come tour The Remy, and show their audiences how the spaces could be a relaxing, oasis. For more on the #RemyOasis campaign, check out this blog post.
The Remy Snapchat Filters
We capitalized on local events by launching branded Snapchat Geofilters. The Geofilters are a very cost-effective way to generated impressions and brand awareness.
The Remy Facebook + Instagram Ads
We ran social ads on both Facebook and Instagram, that mixed property and branded elements. Social media was a top referring source on a monthly basis.
Monthly Open House Events
We worked with The Remy team to strategize and promote monthly open house events. Through the use of creative themes, food and drink specials and raffle prizes we helped The Remy gain more visitors that turned into community residents. Open house events were supported with a mix of website message and graphics, social media advertising, email and print ads.
MTC also assisted with monthly email blasts to prospects, PPC campaigns on Google and Bing, Local SEO, blogging and collateral creation.
